Month-to-Month Lease with Post-Payment Option
All services provided by Krokodil Systems are offered on a month-to-month lease basis, with no fixed-term commitment.
Clients may choose to make post payments (e.g., quarterly, bi-annually, or annually) for convenience. However, such post payments do not constitute a fixed-term lease or agreement beyond the standard month-to-month arrangement.
In the event of early termination of services by Krokodil Systems, any unused portion of the post payment will be treated as a credit and pro-rated on a monthly basis against the standard lease rate. The remaining credit, if any, will be refunded to the client accordingly.
Cancellation of Service
If you cancel Krokodil Systems then we require one month’s notice by writing to support@krokodilsystems. Whereby you will be billed for the current month for usage and the month after the notice has been received.
Right to Refuse, Suspend, or Terminate Service
Krokodil Systems reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to its services for any individual or entity at any time, with or without prior notice. This may include, but is not limited to, instances of suspected abuse, violation of our Terms and Conditions, non-compliance with applicable laws, or conduct deemed harmful to the operation, integrity, or reputation of the platform.
